Russian House in Dhaka organizes art seminars
Celebrating the National Flag Day of the Russian Federation

On the morning of August 22, the first art seminar was held with the participation of all of the students of Janata High School of Rupganj, Narayanganj, Purbachal New Town near Dhaka city, which was undoubtedly amazing.
The Director of the Russian House, Pavel Dvoychenkov, explained the history of Russian Flag Day and the significance of the three colors of the flag to all present at the event. Participating students asked various questions about Russian culture, art, and public life, and the director of the Russian House excitedly answered all their questions. The young students’ expressed their reverent love for Russia.
The Headmaster, Md Mokter Hossain, gave special thanks to the Director of the Russian House and said that Russia is a tested and trusted friend and Bangladesh is grateful to Russia. He told his school would like to participate in the activities of the Russian House in Dhaka. At the end of the ceremony, the director of the Russian House presented all the students with flowers and signed autographs on the flag pages drawn by all the students upon request.
In the afternoon, the second art seminar was held at the Serov Academy of Fine Arts. At the beginning of the program, the director of Russian House in Dhaka thanked the participating students and explained the history of Russian Flag Day and the significance of the three colors of the flag. Then the young children and teenagers enthusiastically participated in drawing the national flag of Russia, the tricolor of white, blue and red.
Drawing instructors and parents of students were present; they congratulated the director of Russian House in Dhaka on the occasion of the day and thanked him for his overall cooperation in all other activities, read a media release.
