Philadelphia shooting: 5 killed, 2 injured

At least five people were killed and two minors were wounded by a shooting in Philadelphia.
It was the latest gun attack in the US.
Philadelphia police spokesman Miguel Torres confirmed that there could be several casualties in the gunman’s rampage, but did not elaborate.
The Philadelphia Enquirer, CNN and other news outlets have reported that a suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting in the city’s eastern Kingsessing neighborhood.
According to the Enquirer, at least two teenagers were among those shot.
Police detained a man wearing a bullet-proof vest and recovered a rifle, a handgun and spare magazines of ammunition in an alley, the newspaper said.
Newspapers gave detailed accounts of casualties, stating that people had been shot at in various places.
According to the archives, there have been 339 gun attacks in America so far.
