Bangladeshis advised not to travel to Sudan

Bangladeshi citizens are advised not to travel to Sudan for the recent armed conflict.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh issued a press note on Saturday (April 22).
According to the press note, a serious armed conflict has recently started in Sudan. As a result, casualties are occurring in the country and there is a shortage of food and essential commodities. Clashes are ongoing in Khartoum city and various parts of the country, including Khartoum airport.
So it is not safe for Bangladeshi citizens to travel to Sudan now. For this reason, all Bangladeshi citizens are advised not to travel there until further notice.
The embassy is advising Bangladeshis living in Sudan in this regard.
