Gulistan explosion: Death toll rises to 19

The death toll in Bangladesh’s Dhaka’s Gulistan explosion has risen to 19. Hundreds were injured in this incident.
Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) confirmed this information to the media. It feared that the death toll might increase.
More than half a hundred people injured in the explosion were undergoing treatment at DMCH. Several of them were in critical condition. Inspector Bachchu Mia, in charge of the DMCH police outpost, confirmed this information.
Seventeen deceased were identified. They were Md. Sumon (21), Ishaq Mridha (35), Munsur Hossain (40), Md. Ismail (42), Al Amin (23), Rahat (18), Mominul Islam (38), Nadi Begum (36), Main Uddin (50), Nazmul Hossain (25), Obaidul Hasan Babul (55), Abu Zafar Siddique (34), Akuti Begum (70), Md. Idris (60), Hriday (20), Nurul Islam Bhuiyan 55), and Md. Siam (19).
The explosion occurred at Gulistan’s Siddique Bazar area on Tuesday (March 7) afternoon.
