A young Bangladeshi carpenter drew media attention by making a wooden bicycle recently.
The Kishoreganj district-born youth made this exceptional bicycle beside his regular work.
The carpenter’s name is Sohag.
He is the son of Muslim Uddin of Dari Jahangirpur village of Tarail Upazila.
According to media reports, locals were appreciating his work.
Sohag said, “I always want to do different things with my talent. So, I started working to make it (a wooden bicycle). I gave time to it every day between work. Finally, I succeeded. Now, I’m happy. Crowds are thronging near the road while riding it. This is really fascinating for me.”
However, a wooden bicycle is a type of bicycle that is constructed either mostly, or entirely from wood.
